AI Transparency
How Fox's Nest uses artificial intelligence and what it means for you
In accordance with Article 50 of the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689), we provide this page to inform you about all AI systems used in the Fox's Nest platform. This transparency disclosure is mandatory for deployers of AI systems classified as limited risk.
How We Use AI
Fox's Nest uses AI systems to enhance its compliance analysis capabilities. All AI systems are classified as limited or minimal risk under the EU AI Act. None of our AI systems perform autonomous decision-making — all outputs are advisory and subject to human verification.

- Script Classifier: JavaScript source code snippets and script URLs from your website (no personal data)
- Consent Banner Analyzer: HTML structure of your website's cookie banner (no personal data)
- Privacy Policy Analyzer: Text content of your website's privacy policy page (public content)
- WCAG Vision Analyzer: Screenshots of your website pages (visual content, no user data)
Your Rights Under the EU AI Act
As a user of our platform, you have the following rights regarding AI-processed content:
Right to Explanation
Understand how AI contributed to any result. Each AI-generated output includes a disclosure banner identifying the AI service used, its provider, and its purpose.
Right to Human Review
Request a human expert to review any AI-generated output. In your AI Inference Log you can flag any entry for human review, and our team will verify the result.
Right to Opt-Out
Disable AI features in your account settings. When AI is turned off, manual equivalents are used where available, or the feature is clearly marked as unavailable.
Right to Audit Log
Access a complete log of all AI inferences performed on your data, including timestamps, models used, confidence scores, and processing times.
AI Limitations & Disclaimers
It is important to understand the limitations of AI-generated outputs:
- Not a substitute for legal advice: AI-generated compliance assessments are indicative and do not constitute legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for legal compliance decisions.
- Accuracy limitations: AI models can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. All critical outputs should be verified by a human expert.
- Context gaps: AI may not fully understand business context, jurisdiction-specific requirements, or recent regulatory changes.
- No automated decisions: No AI system on this platform makes autonomous decisions that directly affect your legal rights or obligations.
