2. Conformance status
Fox's Nest is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and the European standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1 (Chapter 9 — Web). Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
We are committed to continually improving accessibility and aim to achieve full conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA across all our digital services. This statement has been prepared in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882).
Applicable standards: WCAG 2.1 Level AA, EN 301 549 v3.2.1 (Chapter 9), European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882).
3. Technical specifications
The accessibility of Fox's Nest relies on the following technologies:
- HTML5
- CSS3

5. Known limitations
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, there are some known limitations:
- Third-party content: Some third-party integrations (e.g. Stripe payment forms, social login providers) may not be fully accessible. We rely on these providers to maintain their own accessibility standards.
- Data visualizations: Complex charts and data visualizations in the analytics dashboard may have limited screen reader descriptions. We provide tabular data alternatives where possible.
- User-generated content: Custom banner and widget configurations created by our users may not always meet accessibility requirements, as they depend on user-provided text and color choices.
6. Assessment approach
Fox's Nest assesses the accessibility of its services through the following methods:
- Automated testing using self-hosted axe-core engine and Lighthouse
- Manual testing with keyboard-only navigation
- Testing with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver)
- Quarterly review of WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria per WCAG-EM methodology
