Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about accessibility and our widget.

WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) are international guidelines for web content accessibility. They define how to create websites accessible to people with disabilities - visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive.

Since June 28, 2025, the European Accessibility Act (EAA) requires WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance for private sector entities including e-commerce, banking, transport, and telecom. Public sector websites have been required since 2019. Non-compliance can result in fines of up to 10% of annual turnover.

The widget is a floating button on your website. When clicked, it opens a panel with accessibility options - users can change contrast, enlarge text, enable the reader, and much more. Settings are remembered.

The widget is an assistive tool but does not replace accessible design. You will achieve the best results by combining the widget with good practices - semantic HTML, alt text for images, proper contrast.

Simply paste one script into your page code. The widget loads synchronously to ensure reliable script blocking, and is optimized for minimal performance impact. You can also customize its position and colors to match your brand.

Test your website for free

This tool scans a single page only and detects issues that can be identified automatically. The result does not constitute a compliance certification or legal opinion. For a complete assessment, we recommend a professional audit.
